Tea Club
Well, it's a lot about Nothing.
We meet online once every two weeks ish (In person gatherings coming this summer!)
We share our cups/bowls/pots of tea in a peaceful silence and witness our state of mind while doing so. Then we might share/discuss ways to bring more peace into our minds and realities - or just continue sitting quietly...
I am a firm believer that cultivating inner peace on a regular basis is the most influential action we can take to contribute towards world peace.
Bringing pure presence and deep awareness into our daily lives is the answer.
It always starts within!
